Introduction to Navakarana method Navakaraṇa Sākalya Tantra (or Navakaraṇa Tantra) is a methodology for a “self-directed holistic transformation”. Conceived by Dario Calvaruso through a multidisciplinary integration of ancient practices into a modern scientific approach. The Navakaraṇa Krama Maṇḍala consists of a circle Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa sequences choreographed and synergistically arranged to moon-cycle (candra-māsa). It’s a innovative method of self-transformation through physical, prāṇic and mental training. During this week Sandra (yoga teacher since more than 20 years and with the Navakarana essentials and Module 1) will introduce you to this amazing practice..

WHAT DOES IT INCLUDES:

– 7 nights accommodation in the magnificent Riad Carina with pool on the terrace
– 7 Moroccan home made breakfast
– All the practices with Sandra (breath exercises, vinyasa, meditation)
– 1 Ayurvedic massage with Sandra (1 hour full body with Argan oil)
– Transport from/ to the airport

Schedule for the week:
– 8.00-8,30 Pranayama practice
– 8,30-10 Vinyasa practice (introduction to the Navakarana method )
– 10-11 Moroccan home made breakfast
– 11-17 Free time (chill out in the pool, reading, exploring the souk market, visit Jarsin Majorelle, Bahia Palace, Medersa Ben Youssef)
– 17.30-19 Yin yoga practice, restorative moment

Please during this week we purify and detox ourselves from inside : no meat, no alcohol, no smoking.
