Towards the path of happiness – Part 1
In the last workshops of Yoga, Meditation and Essence of Tact in which I participated the same themes were crossed and for this reason I would like to make a summary to be able to give the right direction towards the path of happiness.
First of all in the practice of yoga as well as in daily life we must become aware of our own breath, try to maintain a constant and balanced rhythm. This is automatically linked to maintaining a calm behavior, avoiding moments of anger, learning not to make judgments and above all filling the mind with positive thoughts.
By doing this, the cells of the whole body receive a general well-being that brings joy and drives disease away.
